If you have problems with your password, you can recover it by selecting the option "I forgot my password" and following the instructions below.
- Write the email associated with your platform account and click on the "Request" button; you will receive an email with the link to assign the new password.
- Access the link to enter a new password, considering the new password should be at least 8 characters long and include a number, capital letter, and special characters.
Some organizations request the password to be different from the last one.
Important: If you do not receive the password recovery email, please check your junk, SPAM, or notification folders.
