The evaluation supports knowledge appropriation and measures knowledge acquisition during any training process, such as a virtual or synchronous course, a certification, or a learning path.
When the necessary progress requirements or percentage is achieved, you can access the assessment.
Important: The learning path evaluation is enabled only when all the learning path courses are completed.
There are two types of evaluations multiple choice closed-ended question, an open-ended question.
To answer a multiple choice closed-ended question:
- Access the evaluation and review:
Time to answer the questions.
Attempts Available (number of times the assessment can be taken).
Minimum percentage of correct questions to pass the evaluation. Instructions.
2. Answer all the questions for the evaluation and click Complete
3. Review the assessment summary that displays the grade or percentage obtained, the answers, and feedback.
4. Press the continue button to return to the course.
Important: Depending on the number of attempts defined for the evaluation, the user can retry it to obtain a passing grade or improve it.
To answer an open-ended question evaluation:
This evaluation requires the user to answer an open question and/or submit (upload) a deliverable in Word, image, PDF files, or link.
Before starting the evaluation, we recommend you review the following:

Deliverable type - Text, link, file
Commentaries or observations regarding the evaluation
2. Answer and/or submit deliverables.
3. Wait for the instructor to review the assessment.
The instructor will assign you a grade; if it is higher than required, you will approve the course, certification, or learning path.
If you disapprove, the instructor could assign you a new opportunity to retry the assessment.
Important: You will receive a notification by email if you disapprove and if the instructor requests another attempt.
